To place an order, select a product(s) listed in the pricelist and enclose it in the body of your email. We will respond via email with total price (excluding freight) and availability. This is the fastest way to place an order. It is up to you to determine the suitability of the Adaptrac system to your bicycle. Adaptrac Inc. has made every effort to insure its components’ compatibility with all 15QR forks and 12 x 142 rear thru axle frames, however, “standards” and technology are evolving so quickly in the bicycle industry; there may be instances that Adaptrac products do not work with your application.
To place an order by phone calls us at (925)-961-0714. Please reference the part description and price, this will help us quickly and accurately fulfill your order. We are often at vendors, events and races, so emailing is your best bet. Make sure to have your bike’s make, model, and year handy.
We regularly handle international orders. To place an international order, just order as you would normally through email. Our shipping methods cost a little more but are very reliable.
Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Adaptrac Inc is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Adaptrac cannot determine these fees in advance. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
Refund and Exchanges:
Adaptrac wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Adaptrac will accept a return if the merchandise is unused, in excellent condition, purchased directly from Adaptrac, shipped 30 days from the date of purchase, in the original packaging, and using the Adaptrac Return Label. On receipt, you will receive a refund or credit towards an exchange equal to the purchase price less the shipping charge, or a full refund or credit if there was a material error by Adaptrac. Please allow two weeks for shipping and processing. Adaptrac STRONGLY RECOMMENDS tracking and insurance as Adaptrac is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages or accountable to replace a return not received. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless there was an error on our part.
Step 1: Contact us by email or phone for a Return Authorization number and a Return/Exchange form and label (this form and label will be emailed to you).
